NovaLumi was created with a vision to transform education worldwide

Research carried out by Stanford University, Unesco and Microsoft, rated our methodology and school (previously Lumiar) as the only Latin American institution to appear on the list of effective transformative initiatives. Lumiar has also been recognised as one of the most innovative methodologies in the world by OECD.

 Our schools operate entirely on six foundational pillars:

Active Learning

Students co-author their education, driving transdisciplinary projects and workshops based on their genuine interests.

Mosaic Curriculum

We move beyond isolated school subjects to map skills and contents dynamically through our custom ArcMosaico platform.

Integrated Assessment

We replace static, classificatory grades with continuous, formative feedback that makes progress visible.

Participatory Management

We practice direct democracy daily. Through weekly Circles, students and staff manage school routine and social relationships with equal voice and vote

Multi-age Groups

Students of different ages study and collaborate within the same cycles, cultivating organic empathy and peer-to-peer learning.

Tutors and Masters

We split the traditional teaching role. Tutors nurture holistic personal development and coordinate school life, while expert Masters bring real-world professional passion directly into classrooms arch.
